By participating in these relaxed and engaging gatherings you will hear and learn about some of the most common unhealthy dynamics we all fall into from time to time (affecting the way we think and relate to people that matter to us). It is a moment where we take a bit of time to thing about psychology related issues that end up affecting our quality of life. At the end of each gathering you will be more aware and better able to find healthy alternatives to the matter we covered.
Each gathering lasts for 2h, starting with an information and educational based presentation and ending with an individual exercise where you will have the opportunity to learn a tool that is relevant to the matter.
